What I work on

I run LeadTrak, a CRM I built (web version + a local Python version) and use every day to manage my own sales pipeline. Building it taught me the gap between off-the-shelf SaaS and what a small business actually needs — and Trak Automations exists to close that gap for other small contractors in Flint and the surrounding MI area.

Why local AI

Most AI vendors push everything to the cloud. That's fine for some businesses, but contractors with sensitive customer data, intermittent internet, or a preference for owning their tools deserve the option to run AI on their own hardware. I build both — cloud and on-prem — and pick the right one for each client.

How to work with me

The starting point is a free 30-minute on-site audit. I come to your shop, you walk me through your day, and at the end I tell you what's worth automating. No pitch deck, no obligation. If a custom build makes sense, we scope and price it after.
